Our Products
How long do your products last?
We suggest using products within 6 months after opening for best quality. Natural variations in color, texture and smell can occur since our products do not contain preservatives, additives, or fillers. We recommend storing them in a cool, shaded place, and using as instructed. Refrain from getting water in the jar to avoid contamination and maximize your product’s life.
Why does the consistency change?
We handcraft our products in small batches with only natural ingredients, therefore consistency can change depending on how the product is stored. If your product has become too liquid, we recommend placing it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. If the product has become too firm, we recommend taking a small amount of product and rubbing it between clean hands before applying.
Can your baby products be used on newborns?
Yes! Our products can be used on all age ranges including newborns. We always recommend small patch testing to ensure no allergies. Consult a doctor if rash occurs.
Are your products safe for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers?
Yes, our products use only natural ingredients with no added fillers, synthetic fragrances or harsh chemicals. Our products are 100% non-toxic. However, we recommend consulting your doctor if you have any concerns.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are 100% non-toxic and are safe for sensitive skin. We always recommend small patch testing to ensure no allergies.
Are your products organic?
Many of the ingredients we use in our products are organic. For a full list please refer to the ingredient list or the product’s label.
What should I do if my child or I ingest your product?
Our products are for external use only. If you or your child ingest our product, we recommend consulting your doctor.
Ordering Information
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes, we offer a discount which can be found when you subscribe to emails.
How do I qualify for Free Shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more to the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
How do I track my order / when can I expect it?
Please allow 2-3 days for products to be packaged and shipped. We currently ship Monday-Friday during business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped early the following week. Our standard shipping time frame is 3-4 business days. Once your items, ship you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Can I cancel or make changes after placing my order?
Email us at hello@nicandjules.com. We will do our best to cancel or make changes if your order hasn’t been packaged and shipped. Please note we cannot guarantee any modifications will be made.
I never received my order, what should I do?
Please contact your local carrier with your tracking number. Sometimes carriers mark packages undeliverable or they may need to be picked up in person. If you believe your address is incorrect, please contact us at hello@nicandjules.com.

How are your products different?
We are a family run small business. We recently turned our love for crafting products into a business and are grateful for every order. We’ve spent time formulating products and sourcing ingredients we know work. Our products use only natural ingredients. All of our ingredients are non-toxic, and are free from fillers, harsh chemicals and additives. We do not use synthetic fragrance or preservatives. We do not mass produce and each small batch is carefully crafted.
